CREAM CHEESE MINTS 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tbsp. half & half
1/4 c. butter
1 (15 oz.) white frosting mix
1 tsp. Peppermint extract
Food coloring as desired

Combine cream cheese, half & half, and butter in heavy saucepan. Stir over low heat until cheese mixture is creamy. Butter should be melted. Add mint extract and food coloring. Roll mixture into balls or drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Press with fork. The outside should be dry and the inside creamy.
