CRAB FETTUCCINE 
1 can crabmeat
12 oz. fettuccine noodles
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. heavy cream or half and half
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Drain crabmeat; cut into small pieces. Cook fettuccine according to directions on package. Meanwhile, in saucepan over medium heat, saute garlic in hot butter until lightly browned. Add crab, cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Cook 4 to 5 minutes until heated through, stirring occasionally. Drain fettuccine. Toss crab sauce with fettuccine. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately. Serves 4.

I use 1% milk to reduce fat content. Works well.
