20 oz. frozen California blend vegetables 8 oz. Velveeta cheese (cubed) 1 stick butter 1 tube Ritz crackers (crushed) Cook vegetables nearly done and put 1/2 in 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Cover with cheese and add remaining vegetables. Top with crackers and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. |
