1 c. lard (Amour)
3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
7 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in a little hot water
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Add the dry ingredients. Refrigerate the dough if too soft to roll out. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE.

Makes great cut out cookies! These cookies stay soft if frosted! 8 dozen
