THIN BREAD 
6 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. whipping cream

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix in soft shortening. Add cream and mix well. Shape into log and cool.

Roll thin with rough rolling pin (-die cut-). Cut into pieces with pastry cutter. Bake at 325 degrees on cookie sheet until light brown.
