SEVEN LAYER CASSEROLE 
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 bell pepper, green, chopped fine
2 lbs. ground round
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sm. egg noodles
1 (#2) can creamed corn
1 (#2) can stewed tomatoes
1 lg. can tamales, sliced (opt.)
1 jar mushrooms
1 pkg. sliced almonds
1 tsp. Lawry's salt
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Grated Parmesan cheese

1. Saute onions, celery and green pepper in oil.

2. Brown meat in small amount oil.

3. Cook noodles (follow directions on package).

4. Season meat with Lawry's salt, black pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

Put one thing on top of the other in a very large casserole. Top with Parmesan cheese and nuts and mushrooms. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until brown on top.
