TUNA SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Italian beans (I use canned beans)
1 (7 oz.) can tuna
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
Dash garlic powder
1 c. chow mein noodles

Cook beans, drain, cool. Combine all ingredients except chow mein noodles. Before serving add noodles. Serve on lettuce.
