SAUSAGE DRESSING 
2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. chopped onions
1 (8" or 9") pan cornbread or 2 boxes prepared Jiffy or 8 c. cornbread, 6 c. bread cubes (1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm)
1 pkg. sage sausage, cooked & drained
1/2 - 1 tsp. sage (extra if desired)
10 1/2 oz. chicken broth
3/4 c. water
2 beaten eggs

Mix and bake until brown at 350 degrees.
