SAUSAGE CHESTNUT DRESSING 
8 chestnuts
1 egg
1 lb. sausage meat
2 c. croutons or dry cubed bread

Boil chestnuts in water for 10 minutes, then peel making sure all inner skin is removed and chop finely. Combine and mix all ingredients. Mix well and bake in a loaf tin sprayed with a no stick spray, cook at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. This can be done while roast is cooking. Remove from pan and slice and serve with the roast.
