HAM AND SCALLOPED POTATOES 
3/4 lb. ham sliced 1/8" thick & cut in 2" pieces
3 med. potatoes, sliced thin
1 med. green pepper, sliced in rings
1 med. onion, sliced in rings
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. milk
Seasoned pepper to taste

Mix soup and milk. Layer all other ingredients in 2 1/2 quart greased casserole. Over each layer of vegetables sprinkle seasoned pepper and some of soup mix. After final layer, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 45 minutes or until potatoes are done. Serves 4.
