INDIVIDUAL CHEESE CAKES 
1 lb. cream cheese, at room temperature
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling, chilled

Cream cheese with eggs and vanilla. Add sugar and whip well. Place 1 wafer in a small baking cup (2 inch diameter). Fill 3/4 full with cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool and add topping. 2 to 3 cherries per cup. These freeze well. Yield: 25 tarts.
