BOSTON BAKED BEANS 
2 c. dried beans (small pea beans)
3 slices cut up raw bacon
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. molasses
1 tsp. mustard (prepared from jar)
1 med. onion, diced
2 tbsp. catsup

Soak beans for 1 1/2 hours, then cook one hour. Drain and mix with rest of ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees until thick, about 4 hours. Stir often.
