SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. Owens hot sausage, room temperature
1 c. grated cheese, sharp, room temperature
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix well. Roll into bite-size balls. Freeze on cookie sheet. Cook while frozen, at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Keeps well if frozen in ziplock bags.
