SESAME CHICKEN 
2 lg. chicken breasts, boned
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

In shallow dish, place tablespoon soy sauce on waxed paper, mix 2 tablespoon flour and 2 tablespoons sesame seed. Coat chicken with soy sauce, then flour mixture.

In 10 inch skillet over medium heat in 2 tablespoons hot salad oil, cook until golden brown and fork tender.
