WHITE CHOCOLATE-DIPPED STRAWBERRIES | |
You will need a kitchen hypodermic needle, available in many gourmet stores, or a disposable hypodermic needle from a drugstore. 1 pt. (2 c.) fresh strawberries, washed, patted dry, but not hulled 1/4 c. Grand Marnier 6 oz. white chocolate Use kitchen hypodermic needle to inject about 1/2 teaspoon Grand Marnier into each strawberry. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Cover a large baking sheet with waxed paper. Melt white chocolate in the top of a double boiler over hot but not boiling water. |
