SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. shrimp
1/2 lb. flounder
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, grated
1 sm. green pepper, sliced in very thin strips
1 (4 oz.) can whole mushroom caps
2 tbsp. butter
4 1/2 c. seasoned mashed potatoes
Salt and white pepper
Dash celery and garlic salt
10 stuffed lives
Thin slices of sharp cheddar cheese

Cook shrimp about 10 minutes in boiling water with spiced shrimp boil added. Broil flounder in 2 tablespoon butter about 7 minutes on each side. Saute onion, pepper and mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter until clear and tender. Line deep casserole pan with potatoes and bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes. Mix all other ingredients except cheese, adding fish and olives last. Spoon into potato crust and top with sliced cheese, return to oven and bake at 300 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
