SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
FILLING:

3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. finely cut apples
1 (9 inch) pie shell

TOPPING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Mix all filling ingredients until smooth. Fold in apples. Put in shell and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Lower to 350 degrees and bake another 30 minutes.

Mix topping to crumbly stage. Sprinkle on pie and bake another 15 minutes. Put in refrigerator immediately.
