EGG BAKE 
This may be prepared and refrigerated the night before and baked in the morning.

9 eggs
3 c. milk
salt to taste
pepper to taste
6 to 7 slices sandwich bread
1 1/2 lb. cubed cooked ham
1 lb. shredded sharp cheese
mushrooms (optional)
onion (optional)
green peppers (optional)

Blend eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Place 6 to 7 slices of sandwich bread (with crust removed) in buttered rectangular dish. Place ham, cheese, mushrooms, onion and green peppers over bread. Pour egg mixture over all. Cover with foil and bake approximately 1 1/4 hours at 300°F.
