TUNA - RICE DINNER | |
1 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. sliced green onion 2 c. water 1 pkg. Tio Sanches Mexican rice 1 can (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained & flaked 1 med. tomato, chopped 1/4 c. pitted ripe olives 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel Top of stove. In medium saucepan, melt butter and cook green onion over medium heat for 2 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. |
