EASY CARAMEL CORN 
8 qts. popped corn
1/4 lb. butter
2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch of baking soda

In a saucepan over medium heat bring to boil the butter, brown sugar, syrup and salt. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add pinch of baking soda and stir. Pour over popped corn. Mix well.
