ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour milk (or buttermilk)

TOPPING:

3/4 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped nut meats

Cream butter, oil, sugar. Add eggs and beat. Mix zucchini, then dry ingredients with milk and vanilla. Pour in 9 x 13 inch pan (grease and flour). Top with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
