1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vinegar
2 1/2 c. grated and peeled zucchini

Mix all ingredients together, except zucchini, then add zucchini and mix. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake. Top with 6 ounces chocolate chips and nuts to taste.
