HOT SHRIMP WITH RICE 
1 lb. cooked medium shrimp
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of shrimp soup undiluted
3 c. cooked rice
Juice of 1 lemon

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. Special K cereal
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Mix all the above and place in greased casserole. Top with 1 1/2 cups Special K cereal. Sprinkle 1/2 cup slivered almonds on top of "K" and bake 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
