1 lb. ground beef
1 bag fettucini noodles
1 pt. commercial sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. onion, sliced
1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms or 1 sm. can, drained
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown beef and onions while noodles are cooking, according to package directions. Drain noodles and place in large casserole. Add beef and remaining ingredients. Cover and put in 350 degree oven just long enough to thoroughly heat.
