1 head lettuce
1 head cauliflower
1 box frozen peas
1 bell pepper (optional)
2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Bac-Os

Layer first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Spread mayonnaise on top. Sprinkle on package of Ranch dressing. Cover with Cheddar cheese, let set overnight in refrigerator. Sprinkle with Bac-Os and toss before serving.
