BURGER PIZZA 
14 inch pizza pan or 2 pie pans
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
8 oz. can tomato sauce with cheese
1/4 lb. mozzarella cheese, sliced
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Roll out biscuit dough to fit pan or pans. (See biscuit recipe.) Brown ground beef in skillet and then crumble over dough. Sprinkle seasonings over meat. Pour tomato sauce over meat and seasonings. Top with cheeses. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve hot. Serves 4 to 5. NOTE: This recipe an be cut in half and made to serve 2.
