NO KITCHEN SMELL FISH FILLETS | |
4 lg. fish fillets (about 1 1/4 lbs.) 2 lemons, thinly sliced 1/4 c. diced carrots 1/4 c. diced celery 1/4 c. diced green onions 2 tbsp. fresh parsley Place one serving of fish on a piece of aluminum foil about 4 inches longer than fish. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with carrots, celery, green onion and parsley. Top with lemon slices. Bring edges of foil together and fold over several times. Twist one end to form a tail. Tuck the other end under to form point of nose of fish. Place foil wrapped fillets on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 15 to 20 minutes until fish fillets flake. |
