HOT EGGNOG 
2 c. milk
2 eggs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Few grains nutmeg

1. Scald milk over boiling water in a double boiler.

2. Beat eggs in a small mixing bowl until thick.

3. Add sugar and salt. Beat until smooth and creamy.

4. Add scalded milk slowly to eggs, stirring constantly.

5. Add vanilla and pour in cups.

6. Add dash of nutmeg. Serves 4.
