BLONDE BROWNIES 
2/3 c. butter, softened
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Beat until smooth. Spread into 9"x13"x2" pan. Top with pecans and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
