MAMA'S CHILI ROAST 
3 pound roast
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. ground cumina
3 tbsp. chili powder
Dash garlic salt
2 tbsp. pepper-vinegar sauce

Cook roast until done in liquid. Roll potatoes in 1/2 c. flour and drop in hot gravy. Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are done.
