3 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 stick butter, softened
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk

Combine all ingredients in bowl and beat to smooth, spreading consistency.

Variation: Add 1/4 cup cocoa and increase milk to 3 tablespoons.
