BRYCE'S FAVORITE BROWNIES 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3/4-1 c. cocoa
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. instant coffee
1 c. flour
6 oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 oz. bag peanut butter chips (optional) or butterscotch chips (optional)
1 c. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt the butter, then cool. Blend 2 cups sugar, 4 eggs, 1 1/2 sticks butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 tablespoons instant coffee for 2 minutes at top speed. Mix in cocoa then flour. Sprinkle half nuts and chips into mixture. Pour into pan after buttering and flouring pan. Sprinkle remaining nuts and chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
