HOT POTATO DISH 
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, break apart
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tbsp. chicken broth granules
1/2 can milk
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 stick butter, melted
3 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/2 stick butter, melted

Mix first 8 ingredients together and place into 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix corn flakes and remaining butter together and sprinkle on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 90 minutes.
