1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1 c. Pepperidge stuffing 1 can golden mushroom soup Mix milk and ground beef; divide into 4 or 5 patties, 6 inches in diameter. In the center of each patty put 1/4 cup stuffing, prepared as directed. Mold the meat around the stuffing to form a ball. Put in an 8 x 8-inch pan and add soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Baste several times. Easy preparation in 20 minutes. Will freeze. |
