ALMOND BUTTER STIX 
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt

Combine sugar and almond, then set aside. Combine butter, cream cheese, flour, salt, and baking powder. Blend at low speed. Knead on floured surface. Divide in half, roll out into rectangle and sprinkle with sugar mixture. Fold end over end. Cut into strips. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
