HOT MUSTARD RELISH | |
24 yellow banana peppers (mild) 24 red peppers (hot) 1 qt. mustard 1 qt. vinegar 4 c. sugar 1 c. flour 1 tsp. salt Finely chop peppers in blender. Mix flour and vinegar until well blended. Mix in peppers. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer until thick. Hot pack in pint or 1/2 pint jars for 15 minutes. |
