NEW ENGLAND STYLE SHRIMP ROLLS 
1/4 lb. (1 c.) frozen shrimp, cooked
3 tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
1/4 c. red or green bell pepper, diced
1/3 c. green onions (about 2), thinly sliced
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dried whole dillweed
2 French rolls or loaves
Vegetable cooking spray

Thaw shrimp according to package directions. Combine shrimp and next 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Cover and chill. Slice off top 1/3 of each French roll; hollow out bottom section leaving a 1/4 inch thick shell. Coat skillet with cooking spray. Place over medium-high heat until hot. Place roll tops and bottoms cut side down in skillet. Cook 1 minute or until toasted. Spoon 1/2 of shrimp mixture into each roll bottom. Cover with tops. Yield 2 servings.
