NEW ENGLAND TURKEY STEW | |
2 lbs. diced turkey 2 c. turkey broth 3 tbsp. cornstarch 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning 16 oz. frozen mixed vegetables 1 c. buttermilk baking mix 1/3 c. milk Bring broth, cornstarch and bouillon to a boil. Add vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes. Add turkey. Combine baking mix and milk; drop in 4 spoonfuls onto simmering stew. Cook uncovered for 5 minutes. Cover and cook for 5 more minutes. Makes 4 servings. |
