CREAMY TURKEY STEW 
3 c. diced cooked turkey
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, minced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3/4 c. chunk style peanut butter
3 c. turkey or chicken broth
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Melt butter in Dutch oven. Add onion and green pepper. Cook until onion is tender. Stir in tomato paste, peanut butter and broth, mix well. Add nutmeg and turkey. Cook over low heat until heated through. Stir from time to time. Good to make after Thanksgiving.
