TURKEY GIBLET STEW 
Giblets of 1 turkey
3 hard boiled eggs
2 onions

Cook giblets and cut up fine. Add eggs, cut fine. Add onion, cut fine. Cook in water to cover until soft. Make paste with 1/4 cup flour and water. Add and cook until stew thickens. Serve over waffles.
