1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm English Muffins
1 1/2 c. grated, sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
6 sm. green onions, chopped fine, tops included
1 squirt of lemon juice

Mix ingredients and spread on split muffins. Cut muffins into 4 pieces. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes or until bubbly.
