CRANBERRY TEA 
9 c. cranberry or cranapple juice
9 c. pineapple juice
4 1/2 c. water
2/3 c. brown sugar
4 tsp. whole cloves
4 sticks cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Place cloves and cinnamon in the strainer basket of a 30 cup percolator. Combine juices, water, sugar and salt. Put this mixture in the 30 cup percolator and perk before serving. (If 30 cup percolator is not available, place spice in cheesecloth and tie up as bouquet garni. Simmer in juice mixture in a large kettle on stove top for 30 minutes.)
