"HOLIDAY" CRANBERRY TEA 
1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 qt. water
1/2 c. red hots
1 1/2 c. sugar
9 tbsp. premixed orange juice
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 qts. water

Boil cranberries in 1 quart of water until berries "pop". Remove from heat and strain, mashing the berries with potato masher. Save the liquid and any pulp that strained through. Pour this mixture back into large pot and add rest of ingredients. Simmer until red hots are dissolved. Let stand 24 hours - then serve hot. You may add a dash of ground cinnamon or a cinnamon stick in each cup served.
