SHOE PEG CORN SALAD 
A vegetable salad that tastes like a fresh, crisp relish.

1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. diced onion
1 (2 oz.) jar pimientos, diced
1 (1 lb.) can sliced green beans, drained
1 (1 lb.) can white shoe peg corn, drained
1 (1 lb.) can tiny peas
1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. white vinegar
1 c. sugar

Combine vegetables in large bowl. Mix oil, vinegar and sugar together and pour over vegetables. Mix and refrigerate 24 hours before serving. Serves 12.
