BROILED CHICKEN | |
1/2 c. low calorie Italian salad dressing 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. finely chopped onion 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 (3 - 3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut up & skinned Combine salad dressing, soy sauce, onion and dry mustard in large bowl. Add chicken pieces and marinate at least 15 minutes. Place chicken in bottom of broiler pan without the rack. Broil 5" to 7" from heat for 20 minutes. Occasionally baste with remaining sauce. Turn chicken and broil an additional 20 minutes or until tender. Chicken can also be grilled outdoors. Serves 4 to 6. |
