STRAWBERRY - CREAM - ANGEL FOOD 
1 Angel Food cake
2 lb. frozen strawberries, no sugar added
1 container Cool Whip (16 oz. size)

Slice strawberries while frozen; place in container at room temperature. Tear Angel Food cake into pieces.

Layer into large bowl: Begin with Cool Whip, then Angel Food pieces, then strawberries. Make second layer with Cool Whip, cake and strawberries; top with Cool Whip. Cover with saran wrap and place in refrigerator overnight.

How much Angel Food cake to use is to the taste. I have used nearly a whole cake, then less on occasions, but the one I made recently, I only used a Angel Cake to 5 pounds of strawberries, and 2 (16 ounce) containers of Cool Whip. This made 2 large bowls with lots of strawberries and cream.
