ANGEL DELIGHT 
1 angel food cake
1 lg. Cool Whip or 1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 c. nuts (broken)
Sm. can pineapple tidbits, drained
Sm. jar maraschino cherries, drained, or sm. frozen strawberries

Buy or bake an angel food cake. Cut the top off about 1/2 inch all the way around. Put aside and save. Scoop out a tunnel in the cake about 2 inches wide and deep.

Mix together fruit, nuts and half the Cool Whip. Fill the tunnel with fruit mixture. Put top back on cake. Ice with remaining Cool Whip. Garnish with pineapple rings, strawberries, etc. Put in freezer for about 2 hours. Slice and serve.
