COCONUT PINEAPPLE CHESS PIE 
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornmeal
2 tbsp. flour
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Combine sugar, cornmeal, flour, and butter. Beat eggs slightly; add remaining ingredients and add to dry mixture. Pour into a 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake in preheated oven (325 degrees) for 30 to 40 minutes.
