COCONUT CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
3 pkgs. frozen coconut

Cook cake according to directions (either in round pans or rectangular pan). Cool.

ICING: Mix 2 1/2 packages of coconut, sour cream and sugar. (Use 1/2 package of coconut to sprinkle over top of cake.)

If using round cake pans, slice each layer making 4 layers.

If using rectangular pan, cut cake in half and then slice layers, making 4 layers.

Spread coconut mixture on each cut side so can soak down into cake. Cake can be frozen.
