SUPER BRUNCH LUNCH 
16 slices white sandwich bread, crusts trimmed
8 slices boiled or baked ham, med. thick slices
8 slices Cheddar cheese
7 eggs
3 c. milk
Parmesan cheese
Corn flakes (sm. box)
1/4 lb. butter

TOPPING:

Crushed corn flakes (2 c. good cups at least)
Butter, melted

Put 8 slices of bread across the bottom of lightly greased pan. Place ham and cheese on top of bread and another eight slices of bread on top.

Beat 7 eggs and milk together. Pour over bread in pan. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
